Video Tours:
1. Basic tour : This is a fluid image montage with complete coverage of the property including two model units, and photos of the community and nearby points of interest. The final product is a combination of High Definition video, still photography, moving titles and music—all highlighting the amenities of your property. (duration 5-10 minutes)
2. Deluxe tour with Host : This is a full production including a professional on-screen host taking the viewer on a guided tour of the property. This package includes complete High Definition coverage of the property including two model units, and footage of the community and nearby points of interest. Moving titles and music are also included. The final product is a true showcase for your property. (duration 5-10 minutes)
3. Apartment tour : This is a fluid image montage with complete coverage of a single model unit. It is a true virtual walk-through showing potential residents what your model apartment looks like. The final product is a combination of High Definition video, still photography, moving titles and music—all highlighting the amenities of the unit. (duration 2-5 minutes)
Tour Delivery: Your tour can be delivered to two basic formats…
1. Web Download File : This is the file that your Web Designer will place on your web site. You will be supplied with both QuickTime and Flash versions of the tour in small, medium and large versions (3 QuickTime & 3 Flash).
2. DVD : This is a self-play and self-repeating DVD that is perfect for waiting rooms or to have playing on the televisions in your model apartments. Just turn on your DVD player, insert the disc and the disc does the rest. At the end of the business day, all you need to do is turn the DVD player off—with the disc inside. The next morning, turn the DVD player back on, and playback starts immediately. It’s that easy!
Photography:
1. Real Estate photography : High resolution, high quality digital images of your property and photos of the community and nearby points of interest. The final images will be yours to use as often and as frequently as you like. Use them in brochures, fliers, ads or on the walls of your offices and/or model apartments.
2. Event photography : Capture the mood of your next event with professional event photography. After the event, we invite your guests to visit us HERE online where they can view all the photos from the event and download copies of any pictures that they want. They can also order prints of any size or choose from a wide selection of gift items to have their photos printed on; things like coffee mugs, t-shirts, puzzles and more.
